The land on which I reside and practice is the unceded territory of the Awaswas-speaking Uypi Tribe, part of the Ohlone Nation. The Amah Mutsun Tribal Band, comprised of the descendants of indigenous people taken to missions Santa Cruz and San Juan Bautista during Spanish colonization of the California Central Coast, is today working hard to restore traditional stewardship practices on these lands and heal from historical trauma. I strive to support that process locally.

These techniques are proven to be effective in the treatment of digestive issues, pelvic and menstrual issues, infertility issues, pregnancy and labor, menopause, low back pain and more.
